While <em>In Spirit<\/em> presents the voice of a young missing and murdered girl, <em>Deer Woman<\/em> is the story of a sister left behind. Lila is a big sister without a little one, and the daughter of a hunter who taught her all he knew. She\u2019s ex-army, but can\u2019t seem to leave all that training behind. Circumstances converge and Lila finds the perfect opportunity to avenge her baby sister\u2019s murder while exercising the skills the Canadian government trained into her. Developed at the Banff Centre Playwrights Retreat 2017, public reading at Native Earth&#8217;s Weesageechak Begins to Dance Festival 2017.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/article11.ca\/?page_id=48\"><strong><em>The Ministry of Grace <\/em><\/strong><\/a>.
